3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide clear and complete project requirements, content, and materials required for development.
• Respond promptly to communications and review deliverables in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights or contain illegal content.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. The following applies:

• A deposit may be required to begin the project.
• Final payment is due upon project completion or as agreed in the payment schedule.
• Late payments may incur penalties or interest.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables. However, the Company retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries used in the project.

The Company reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

7. Revisions and Approvals

The Company allows for a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the proposal or contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8. Limitations of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables. The Client assumes all responsibility for the final use of the product.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for any work completed up to that point.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian GOV. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indian Gov.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes.
